This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and protect personal data on this website and in connection with my services. Processing follows the GDPR and applicable Hungarian law.

Contact / quote / booking forms

• Data: name, e‑mail, phone (optional), company (optional), message, selected service/package.
• Purpose: responding to enquiries, preparing offers, arranging calls/appointments.
• Legal basis: your consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)).
• Retention: up to 3 years after closing the enquiry, or deletion on request unless legal claims require longer storage.

Reviews

• Data: name (or alias), rating, review text.
• Purpose: publishing client feedback on the site.
• Legal basis: consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)).
• Retention: until withdrawal of consent or request for deletion.

Server logs & security

• Data: IP address, browser/user agent, visited URL, timestamp, referrer.
• Purpose: operating the site, preventing abuse, troubleshooting.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation (GDPR 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: typically up to 30 days unless required longer for incident investigation.

Cookies & analytics

The site currently uses only essential cookies (e.g., language choice, session security). Marketing/analytics scripts are disabled by default; if re-enabled later, explicit consent will be requested and the policy will be updated.

3. Data sources

Data come directly from you through forms or e‑mail/phone contact. I do not purchase data from third parties.

4. Data processors / recipients

• Hosting: Tárhely.Eu Kft (Budapest, Hungary) – provides server, storage and security logs.
• E-mail / contact handling: standard SMTP via my hosting; no third‑party marketing platforms are in use.
• Payment / external services: not applicable on this site.

Data are not transferred outside the EEA and are not sold or shared for marketing without consent.

5. Your rights

You can request at any time:

• access to your data,
• correction of inaccurate data,
• deletion (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable,
• restriction of processing,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or contract.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by e‑mailing the address above; this does not affect prior lawful processing.

7. Complaints

If you believe your data have been mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9‑11.; https://naih.hu) or with your local EU supervisory authority. You may also seek judicial remedy.

8. Data security

I apply technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, server security updates, least‑privilege access) to protect data. However, no online system can be fully risk‑free.
